Who Am I?

After two decades working in corporate on both the business and technical side of IT, I'm being pulled in a new direction. Throughout my career, regardless of the project or post, my core strength of getting teams focussed on what matters was always my USP.

And so, now as I embark on the second two decades of my working life, I'm playing into these strengths by helping companies fine tune team performance & productivity to help them deliver on strategy.

I've worked in the trenches right across the engineering lifecycle from idea to deployment and I have an innate sensibility when it comes to risk and efficiency.

The things I can do for you (that I find fascinating) are;

  • Costly Attrition. Who are your flight risks? What happens if they leave? How many S.P.O.Fs do you have in each team? Attrition cost money, a lot of it and not just recruiter fees. You can't stop people leaving, but at least you can see it coming and prepare!

  • Reduce Critical Production Defects. No one wants continual critical defects once a product goes live. It's a death sentence for your brand. Do you know that there are several but fundamental root causes lurking in your technology team that contribute to these issues?

  • Production SLAs. Are you clients happy with your response times or are you losing money left and right because there is no seamlessly co-ordinated approach?

  • R&D Focus. Are you trying to scale your product throwing money at an aggressive GTM with a product that is still building out table stakes? Do you know what kind of R&D you should be doing at each stage of the business lifecycle?
